When you’re poaching eggs without an egg poacher, it can get a little bit messy.

And the key to keep the white from going all over the pan in the water is to use a little bit of white vinegar. The vinegar will help the albumin in the egg white to coagulate really quickly so your egg will stay together and you won’t have egg flower soup in your water. I like to use about a tablespoon- I like to use a lot of vinegar when I do this- I use about a tablespoon maybe even more -uh- just into the water

I know that you already have your onions in there, but it just gives it a good flavour, and just stir it all up and let that cook until your chickens done. Making Chicken Fajitas. You just fry up some onions. This is one onion.

Then I’m going to add a yellow pepper. Just slice up that pepper into strips. So you slice it up and I’ll put it in my pan, pour a little extra version olive oil. I might only cook it… like two fifty or three hundred. This is the spices I’m going to use. This number 1 spice. Cholula chilli roast garlic. I love this stuff, it is so good. Then you put a little bit of chilli powder, and I use this stuff. This is like a lime – Tajin fruit seasoning, just a little bit of that, but you don’t need it.

Ok this is to show you how to cook a no fat microwaveable egg in 55 seconds.

What you need is a few chives, 2 eggs this is the white of the eggs we’ll be using not the yolk. Little bit of marge to line a microwaveable bowl just to stop it stick, so you line the bowl with butter, a fork to beat the egg not to whisk it. Now I’ll show you how this is done. First stage is to separate the white from the yolk. You crack the egg and this is how you do it, open very carefully.
