They’re called fire and ice pickles, so easy, so delicious; you’ll want to make these often. For football games, just for family gatherings, to go along side your bologna sandwich, whatever. Not what you want to start of with is those generic dills, just a crosscut, the very inexpensive, not kosher, not anything, plain old crosscut dill slices. You want to take, you want about quart of those, and drain those really well.

All you do is push this button and let the steam out. Push it and when that red thing pops down then its done.

See you just push that, turn it, now let me see if those potatoes are done. They’re really tender, fall apart tender- that’s it. I take the egg and I’m gonna put it in one of this egg thing slicer. Just slice it and then turn it the other way slice it again and dump it in the bowl. Add sweet relish, add like lots of mayo you can see, I’ll just get - big, probably 3 big spoons of it. No science nor arithmetic - now its about probably right.

I put in 3 cups of water, add 3 peeled potatoes you can use these Malaysian ones, this is not a science here.

And I use these little thin flexible cutting boards and I’m’ gonna use 3 eggs. You can just use 1 but my husband likes it eggy. And these are the best eggs, these ‘Egg Land’s Best”. EB eggs are the best. Now to boil eggs I just put water in and I turn it on- ummm… Then I time it for like 20 minutes. Just cube it up and put it in the pan. Then just turn it up to high heat - I’ll put it like on 7 and put the lid on.
