We’re gonna put some nice corn kernels. Some little bit of red pepper. And then we have this wonderful tomatia salsa that we’re just gonna sprinkle all over the top of it.

And this is gonna soften the tortilla chips up to and gives the steak really great flavor. So you wanna be generous with this, you wanna use a good amount of the salsa. And then we’re gonna put a little bit of sour cream on top. Just a couple of dollops of sour cream. You can hear your steak start – starting to cook.
