Sesame Salmon with Mango-Avocado Salsa Pt.3

July 1st, 2008 by admin in Cooking Recipes

All you do is, take this mango and lot of people don’t know how to get the peel out of the mango which is really easy.

You just put it on a point, put it away from you and slice down and there is the pep. To get the mango out you just make cross hatches..watch..little easy cross hatches. Take a tablespoon and scoop and you got perfect little cubes of the mango. Add the mango cubes to the diced little avocado, Solano, and couple of spoon of hot mango chutney plus a tablespoon of rice nice wine vinegar. Put a little bit extra on top of your fish because a little bit of extra mango avocado salsa is always a good thing and then enjoy the healthy benefits of one of the Chef’s MD’s favorite food. You can use the salsa on over almost any grill fish not just salmon.
