Okay so we are going to wrap an appetizer its called the Mieng Kam and its Thai and all the elements of Thai food.
It starts off with a leaf…a betel leaf..and you take it and you roll it like a flower. You hold it like this…see if I can get it in front of the camera…like this..put little bit of roasted coconut into my leaf little sweet and limner. Put a couple of pieces of lime..you put the lime on the coconut. Put the lime on th coconut..and you mix it both up…no mix it. Just wait..then you..you out the lime on the coconut…yes. Hang on..hang on..hang on..i am going to call the doctor…and then you put chillies..doctor hey is there something I can take..wait the lime and the coconut.
