Thanksgiving Recipes: How to make Jerusalem Artichokes Pt.2
Hello and welcome back to urban hermoinic food range. Well today we are making thanksgiving side dishes.
Now if these are not from my own garden, they are from local farmer’s market and they are all wonderfully seasonal varieties of tubers, root vegetables, greens, what not and these are side dishes you can make the day of and they’re really stress free and very easy to make. My first one, uuh, Jerusalem Artichokes. Now, I’m not going to peel them because I really like the flavor of the skins on. And I’ll let them dry and I’m simply just gonna place them in an oven proof baking crock or baking dish. Now I got them dried in my baking crock and all that you do is dress some extra virgin olive oil over them and make sure to coat them evenly. You can toss them. I like to use my hand.

The reason why I added very slowly like this is because I want them, eggs to take on the oil. I don’t want it to become 2 separate entities but rather blend into one entity. There should be no reminisce.
