Black mushrooms come in variety of different sizes and thicknesses. And the time and variation is so can be somewhere like 20 to 25 minutes.

And of course the idea of using this black vinegar, is to have its Moody test, and yet very soothing in many of the recipes. And we can use this not as, not only as substitute, but used as a different sauce as well.
