I am gonna show you how to cook asparagus. Traditionally, you are always told to blanch the Asparagus to which basically means cooking and boiling in salted water until done train and then serve it.

The Asparagus leaks lot of the flavor in the water the heap burst in water. so what i am gonna do is cook in fat i am gonna use a mix of butter and oil and cook it in one of these cooking dishes. Just to show you the same time i am going to cook some Asparagus in boiling water the traditional way. So one of the Asparagus goes in the water to be blanched the other looks cooked in butter and olive oil. Other ingredients are chuckled. Asparagus is not the only vegetable thats been baked in and cooked in this manner. Carrots and cucumber are the fantastic in this way. For the preparation, just being cooked in boiling water.

The most important flavor molecules in Asparagus are very soluble in water, a flavor molecule into the water so cooked in oil. Whereas, taste was like a broccoli in green beans, on the opposite.
