Making Chicken Fajitas. You just fry up some onions. This is one onion.
Then I’m going to add a yellow pepper. Just slice up that pepper into strips. So you slice it up and I’ll put it in my pan, pour a little extra version olive oil. I might only cook it… like two fifty or three hundred. This is the spices I’m going to use. This number 1 spice. Cholula chilli roast garlic. I love this stuff, it is so good. Then you put a little bit of chilli powder, and I use this stuff. This is like a lime – Tajin fruit seasoning, just a little bit of that, but you don’t need it.
Little bit of onion powder, and some steak seasoning. It’s just pepper and garlic and… and uh… that’s about it. Let me put up the chicken. You also need some flour tortilla shells, and a little griddle to heat them up on, and in the oven, I have a cast iron skillet that I…Slice that up into pieces. Well there it is, all cut up, just little pieces like that. Put them in your pan and stir them up. Sprinkle it with a little bit of uh… olive oil. Stir it around, mix it in with all that onions to get all that yummy flavour, and start putting in your spices. Little bit of cumin, I just sprinkle it on… like that, you know…..
