I put in 3 cups of water, add 3 peeled potatoes you can use these Malaysian ones, this is not a science here.
And I use these little thin flexible cutting boards and I’m’ gonna use 3 eggs. You can just use 1 but my husband likes it eggy. And these are the best eggs, these ‘Egg Land’s Best”. EB eggs are the best. Now to boil eggs I just put water in and I turn it on- ummm… Then I time it for like 20 minutes. Just cube it up and put it in the pan. Then just turn it up to high heat - I’ll put it like on 7 and put the lid on.
This is how you put the lid on, see it has little grooves and it has some little - uh- ring around here. It came to a steam, see that thing rocks back and forth. Just put it on for 6 mins. And I’m sure you know how to take the steam out. Turn it down to like 5 you don’t want it like mush, turn it down till it jiggles like that. Take it off the hot burner put it over on a cool one.
