Now we are here at the final and most important part, the preparation of the dish is grating the eggs and uh all you need to do is roughly 7 to 10 eggs boiled.

I prefer to use a very mild salt so it don’t be alarmed by the quantity I am going to put in the dish. Now the very last spice I’m adding is the garam masala. I prefer to add it last because it needs to preserve the flavour and the fragrance of it and if I add it in the beginning, it may loose it.

Now we are ready to eat the dish. Khao peeo aish karo cheers!!! There’s some one at the door. Uuuu hoooo hiiiiii hiiiii. Hiii please come in. cheers cheers.
