And then I’ll add a little bit of freshly ground black pepper and a little bit of freshly ground sea salt.
Now I take this mixture and just whisk it and pour it over my cucumber and just toss it. I’ll let this sit in the refrigerator for about 1/2 an hour, for the flavors to blend and then I’ll take it out and toss it again. And just want to make sure that I didn’t add - Oh! Perfect. Too much ginger but that’s fabulous. So some really simple, really easy accompaniment for all kinds of Asian food. I’m going to serve mine with Crispy Flavored Duck today and Mandarin Pancakes.
