I was thinking I do some music for your cooking show. It could be musical cooking show.

It would be like co..co ..co..co co co…make it up to quinoa ….co co co base…bango..ting ting…up right base..do do do…. tingling tingling ling… make it up to quinoa really good for you…I think thats great…I think thats great…yeah..think about it…ya. Why don’t you write it some where down..okay.. and I would listen to it some time later…okay.. i got it…thanks honey. You are not taking my car are you? So what comes up to a boil. I am going to put the lid on turn it down to a simmer…and it takes fifteen minutes…thats right. Quinoa…so once the quinoa is done.. and the way to tell if it is done or not is that lift the pan and check that just make sure there is no drop of water. There is no drop of water it is just perfectly done.

I am going to put this little bit in bowl so that you can see what it looks like. It is a kind of unusual looking grain. You can use quinoa for all sorts of things that mixs up with beautiful base grain on a plate for stews, to some stir fried and some things like that. You can also..hmm..use it to a…hmm.. to make a great grain salad which is a..mm..my favorite things to do with it.

You can just.. you can use quinoa for anything.. any place where you can use.. rice or burger..coos coos..like that. For stuffing.. ya.. and of course you can write a very good rock song..
