Hi, I’m Mary Beth. What I’m going to do today is to show you some really easy ways to add tofu to your diet that are going to actually taste good, things that are actually going to work, things that you might even be able to fool your family and friends with. Let’s get into what the difference is between different kinds of tofu.
Extra firm regular tofu, this is just about as firm as you can get. So it’s really good if you’re putting it in a pan and you want it to stay together. By the time you get to far tofu, you’re talking about a much softer product. What we’ll be doing today with this is making a creamy salad dressing. Let’s make some creamy garlic salad dressing, something that everybody loves, and since its creamy and its white and its going on top of salad and its taste just like any kind of creamy garlic dressing, your family is not even going to know there’s tofu in this. So, in terms of adding tofu to your diet, this is an excellent thing to make.
