Hi! I’m Keith Snow. Welcome to my kitchen. I’m going to show you how to make a beautiful very simple summer salsa with tomatoes.

Look at my ingredients here. I’ve got some beautiful organic diced tomato and their juice. This is about aa.. maybe a cup and a half of tomatoes. And here I’ve got a really nice lime. You can see how its kind of lemony colored on it. That’s a sign of a good juicy lime. We’ve got half of a shallot sliced up. We’ve got about a quarter of a cup of chopped cilantro, fresh cilantro. And then here I’ve got one of those super spicy datil peppers, that’s just sliced up. And they come in several different colors. Purple, red, orange depending upon how old they are on the plant. So let’s get started. I’ll show you how to make this up. Take a nice bowl. You need to dump all of your tomatoes in there. Cilantro right in. our shallots go in. our spicy pepper, and we want to squeeze our nice juicy lime. And this is a good one. Look at all that great lime juice. This is what gives the salsa a very distinctive flavor.
