If you are looking to get away from the fatty acids in your diet get your self some Salmon. People have long thought of fishes as brain food. May be because salmon navigate hundred of miles suspending in the exact stream, where they were born.
But the real reason that salmon is a brain food is that your brain is more than sixty percent fat and for your brain to function properly you need omega 3 fats just like those found in salmon. but don’t except more brain power from fried fish. The frying process produces trans fats, no good at all. So lets go fishing for a good recipe. If you don’t like cat salmon you can try my double sesame salmon mango with avocado salsa. Its a little mango chutney right on top of the salmon and sprinkle two kinds of sesame seeds for the glorious garnish pop it in a brawlier and you got a delicious piece of fresh fish that taste wonderful.
