A little bit of shallot prepped shallot.. These are actually the gene shallot variety. Peanut and the special part is the sauce.

There is a silky sweet sauce made with guang, which is like ginger with shallots and all the flavors concentrated. So it has the sweet..sour..fresh.. all of this flavors that Thai classic Thai flavors you see. You see that..yeah. So you put all inside the leaf and then you roll the leaf..and each time you take a bite of this..its totally different. What are you doing..I am moving your arm so that you…you make it in to a packet. Looks like a little biddy burrito and then you pop the whole little thing in the mouth. Just like that..and then after you eat it you can try for more..its a Thai taco.

Yes its like a little Thai taco. Its really really delicious.. I am sure they both cultured there but… Its all different flavors that make it so good all Mexico, .. and once you get what your favorites are.. you can put more of that. Like I like the lime and the coconut.. and the shrimp and the peppers great too. Love the pepper, gotta have a little tiny bit of pepper. So I am going to…mmmmm…..wonderful sound there.. Wonderful sound.
