Hi, welcome to the series of the not cooking show. Here we gonna producing lots of raw food, lots of raw living foods.

What we gonna do with these foods? We gonna prepare them in a way, it doesn’t destroy any enzymes. And we will have full living nutrition. I am gonna take, what we can find in the garden, bring it back to the kitchen, make some lovely recipes. And eat when you are up. It gonna be going just, you gonna be enjoy. Here we are on a way to some blue berry farms. These are some paradise one of the biggest blueberries farms in Australia. And then it’s a blueberry picking season right now.

So I am really looking forward. These blue berries have been proven to a systemic prevention of a macular degeneration. It’s fantastic. Now, we goona make some thai curry, carrot juice, here we some Patrick’s soup. We gonna make, salad, Cashew retreat, banana mango ice-cream. And now we gonna make beautiful blueberry recipe. So we gonna place these almond in the grinder. Get to get some more. Blueberries, strawberries, bananas and quickly grind. Peanuts powder from Western Australia. Now we make macadamia collide base.

Ok all we need is, of course macadamia that’s in local farms. We crack those put them in a jar that may look beautiful. Here is my macadamia nut pie. And here we go some beetroot soup, blueberry and mango ice-cream, cashew cream, carob mouse, Thai curry an appetite.
