Hi..I am Jenny and hmm..this is my kitchen..Welcome.. and today I am going to show you how to make a spring roll thats we start roll club.
You sure to have your ingredients ready first..I have lobster today and I have some shredded carrots here and I have got some mint and cilantro leaves and I have got some fresh rice noodles that i seasoned with some nice lime vinegar. Just give it a little tang.. Some little extra stuffing. So these are rice paper base of spring rolls and you can see its little bit translucent and they have textured side and little bit of smooth side and before you work on them you need to soak them.
It doesn’t take long to soak them all just soak them in little bit of water and let them hang on for i don’t know…20..30 seconds. They immediately start getting little bit more pliable and few more minutes and dough will be easy to roll it. Now the, with rice paper skin is pliable you can see its perfectly flat on the work surface. Make sure the work surface is nice and clean you don’t want to anything sticking to the outside of this.
