If you don’t like black pepper you don’t like it hot just a tiny bit of salt.

That’s how you do the chives. You take the fork beat the white of the egg. Just beat it until it gets a bit fluffy but don’t whisk it. Keep beating it, like that. Ok that’s enough. And the next stage is to butter another bowl similar to that-just a little bit, put it allover, this is to stop the egg sticking to the bowl when you take it out and turn it over on to your toast. Take the excess off because you don’t want it too greasy because its supposed to be no fat egg. There you go. Ok when that is done, you pour the- just give it a quick beat pour it into the bowl like so and then we take it to microwave it and put it in for 55 seconds.

Ok put it in the microwave without the lid or you can use- this is a microwave egg pan because a lot of people don’t have this, they’ve got bowls. I’ll do it in a bowl and show you how its done. Put it in there, 55 seconds. Its nearly finished its got just 2 seconds to go, ok that is done. Right now I shall show you how it looks like. There we are, it shouldn’t be too hot. That is perfect. See this is called 55 seconds, there you go comes right away, there’s no- let’s put it in a plate. There we go- if you’re doing more than 3 eggs just put it on for about 3 or 4 more seconds and keep checking it until its firm. That is cooked there’s no yolks and is ideal for people who are-who’re on a fat free diet. See the yolk consists of a lot of fat.
