Good morning and happy easter its Antony in London. Its about a week since I finished my 30 day road challenge so I am going to put another video today.
Ah..and when i thought about what video to put on but I’ll show you how to make a raw ice-cream which I just discovered. So to make this..its going to make noise in this video and I’ll do as quickly as I can…I don’t have editing skills. What I got in my blender..hmm..its a hemp seeds which I soaked for few hours and discarded the water to throw out some nasty stuff the hemp seeds have..hmm…on their shells and that is in here and I’ll turn it so that you can see that very well.
So there is a sort of a filter over the blade on a particular type of the blender which means that i can make the hemp seed milk and then discard the husk.. And there is pretty husk from the seeds.
If you don’t have one of those then you can just set up any seed and quickly get rid of those seed’s husk. So I just put my lid on and here I got my café tea a much heavier use of café tea.
