I got some dried dates and apricots and that have been soaking in the coconut water and some filtered water and some vanilla extracts.
So I am just going to add the water from that in to blender so that I make really sweet hemp seed milk which is going to be the base of the ice-cream. This is where the noise comes sorry about that. First probably about enough and it means if I wasn’t doing video the noise would have been more. Hmm…I am now going to filter this all of the seeds are going to be captured in this central funnel.
So I am just going to pour the milk onto the dates and stuff..dried fruits and they are going in the blender in a moment. So getting the last milk out. Thats better. So I come back to date thats really really nice. Thats a good nice sweet milk. So now I have got stuff to get rid of here. So quick job just to quick rinse off my blender. Lets get rid of all those gritty things. We will do this as well. Worry about that later. Put that back on..pour in that liquid along with it.. I have got banana over here and some fresh coconut. So I am going to make a kind of some vanilla coconut ice-cream I guess.
So thats just all the ingredients here. Another twist. I am going to make that another waste here I am not finish. You can see here thats basically a smoothie and you can drink that as it is you can put straw and ice or something and thats a really delicious and nutritious smoothie.. and all the remains we are going to pour this into my ice-cream maker when it is churning and then twenty minutes later it has a ice-cream. This is a chocolate one that i made earlier.
Exactly the same recipe actually without the coconut that could have had coconut in there as well..and I just added four spoons of desserts spoons of raw chocolate coco powder. So that’s it that’s what we gonna having.
