Hi every one and welcome to 2nd part of our holiday survival guide. I am Katrina and i am Sarah and now for our 2nd part we are gonna retaking at deserts.

Christmas is often sees with cookies, rum balls, sugar cookies, processed cookies. You named it my mom bake them growing up and we just go to love Christmas cause that month my mom at least once a week. However when your young you don’t really care but now if you have about 3 of those home made cookies you have about 300 calories well you may not know is that ginger bread cookies are your best bread. 3 is only about 100 calories.

A lot of times if there is party and not so be lying around and a the most popular is the sugar coated nuts candy.. candy nuts and your best option is to have just mix of no sugar on top the ones with sugar will make you feel hungrier sooner and ones without just not much sugar and will feel you faster so that will be your best option. That will be more satisfying and you won’t eat later.

Whereas at least from my experience candy nuts i am not even hungry when i have them and then handful later you are still not hungry.

In case you didn’t see the video in part 1 of this series… here it is again
