Great Cooking Videos

This is cup cakes by Heather and Lory. My name is Lory and one of the founders and may name is Hennemic Donald’s and I have been working here for about two months my favorite here is butter cu which is marvel cake with peanut butter and butter cream. My favorite is Carmella which is this one, right here.

It is truffle cake infused with doche d lache caramel with caramel butter cream. CU cakes started in 2002, we opened April 12 so just been three years ago. The way we came up with the idea actually is we were looking at ground zero at New York and I just innocently wanted to take heather to this cup cake shop Paul macnery bakery which is really well known. it was in the sex and the city stuff. I just checked we get the cup cake and it wasn’t any thing but that after a long day.

We got in to the cab and she was like ‘this is what we should do’. Oh my got that is such a great idea and I thought she was crazy. That was October of 2001.
