We never talked about it again and that’s January, its January of 2002 we went for a run and came up at this street just get some dessert and heather hadn’t actually with the mencky for long so she wasn’t familiar with the west and this base was breaking and I had huge relief sigh and just stopped and it just hit me in.

I was like ‘just do it’. I made an appointment with property the management company and as literally 5 o’clock the next day we sold the idea of cup cake shop and that’s we knew. We didn’t have a business plan or financials or we didn’t have any business, we didn’t have any name we just knew that we have to come up with the site of cup cakes. And so the lady actually that was the great concept and gave us little bit more incentive to follow prove it and that was the beginning and it’s been an incredible experience. The first year, just a whole concept and our whole plan was literary just to stay open and now we have passed our honeymoon stage and its like ‘ok lets learn how to do this.

We have to add it where we have. You know you have to become book keeper, a generator, a paper everything to understand how it works. It’s been most challenging thing I had done in last three years for sure but the most rewarding.
