Fried bananas you just got to make sure they are not over ripe because if they are once they heat up they will get mushy and will start to fall apart. So when you are picking up for bananas look for one that are nice and yellow and firm to touch.
Our bananas are all coated up and heated up through. So I am going to stir through the peanuts and to ready to serve it up..mm.. That looks good… And just top that up with few chocolates chips. So the next time your sweet tooth hits try my maple bananas with peanuts and chocolate chips over ice cream.
