In case I haven’t mentioned this before I’m a protein type.
And I don’t know about you, but one of the things that really frustrates me about being a protein type is that I know that the idea of breakfast for me is to have a steak. But in reality who can afford to buy a steak for breakfast every morning, everyday of the week. So, in experimenting in my own kitchen, I’ve come up with an alternative. And it enables you to use some of the more inexpensive cuts of meat. Anyone can do this. You’ve got a slow cooker, then you can manage this just fine. So I’ve got my slow cooker handy, I’ve got a few bits of more inexpensive cut of meat – beef here I’ve got. I’ve got some garlic to add a little bit of flavor and some water to help you cook. And the great thing about this is that you can cook this in large quantities and when its cooked, you can separate it up in little portions and either freeze it or refrigerate it. So that you’ve got your breakfast all ready for you for each day of the week.
