So I’m going to show you the way that I make my protein shakes and you can vary it according to your taste or your metabolic type, however you want to.
So, I’ve got my raw milk, of course, a staple. I’ve got my protein shake mix, I’ve got my eggs, my good organic free range eggs very healthy and a banana. Have to bind everything together. And I have a jug. So I’m going to start chopping things. I’m going to make this one for me because I’m a bit selfish like I am. And because I’m a protein type I’ not going to have very much banana. I’m just going to have about, about a fourth of a banana. Peel that and just pop that into my jug. And then I’m going to have two eggs because again I’m a protein type and this is an excellent way to have raw eggs. Trust me, you will not be able to taste them. If you’ve had your protein shake without raw egg, with just the raw milk and then you tried it with the raw eggs you wouldn’t be able to tell any difference.
I couldn’t tell any difference and this is a fantastic way to get your raw eggs. So I’m just going to pop my two eggs in that. Now while your doing this a good way to tell, although you really shouldn’t have any problem, a good way to tell if you’ve got to dodge the egg in there. If the yolk instantly folds apart when you put it in the jug, that’s generally a good sign that it’s not good egg. So just dump that out and use a different one. Now I’m going to use some of my raw milk. Top that up and I’m going to add a scoop of my protein mix. I’m using vanilla here. My favourite is actually the strawberry one. Um and then some mornings I need my chocolate fix. I’ll try the chocolate one too. Ok so we’ve got all the ingredients in there and then I need my wiz her up, otherwise known as a hand blender and I’m just going to wiz that up.
Exploding everywhere, dramatic. Make sure everything is nice and blended, you don’t got anymore lumps of banana left in there. Just pop that there, making a horrendous mess here. And then I’ve got my glass and that’s my lovely protein shake for the morning and trust me this is delicious. You will love it. Hmm. If you’re a mixed type, the best way to make your protein shake, I would use one less egg. So just use one egg. You can use slightly more banana because your allowed a bit more fruit than a protein type. If you’re a carb type, you may not need the eggs at all. You could just have the banana, the milk and the powder. It’s entirely upto you and mix and match it to your taste.
