Well today I have a special guests, a lot of children who only eat hotdogs, pizza, French fries, so I’m going to be a little tricky and sneak some health food in.

So today we’re going to make lunch items like hamburgers and I want to get, I want to get some health equidents to the kids so some greens sneak some greens in, put some cheese on it and some whole green plants and they’ll love it. You love cheese. I’m making burgers today. So instead of using, I wont put too much of red meat onto the children. So I’m making turkey burgers. Use a pound of mixed meat, turkey meat and I put some of the white meat in also its not too high in fat. This is a quarter cup of Dijon mustard which is great for flavour and I have two chopped, two minced cloves of garlic. Take quarter cup of Worcestershire sauce which is like the Dijon, it just gives it a zip. I have quick mixed herbs. Parsley is really really healthy and it gives great flavour to the food and it’s just good. It’s good to eat dark, clean herbs and vegetables into your children.
