We’re actually boiling the faro for 20 minutes before we cook it with the chilly stuff. You wanna have your stuff on one burner because you wanna add hot stuffs to a hotter zodo.

You’re just adding the stock a little bit at a time. Look at it the mix to be thorough. Really really creamy. It gives you that like creamy, like really silky texture without you know, adding the cream or cheese to the actual zodo. So you’re kind of saving calories that way and it’s just chicken broth. If you’re a vegetarian, you can use vegetable broth, whatever, you know, whatever works you bro. We’re just gonna add some thyme to our zodo.

Am chopping some parsley to put in the zodo when it’s all done. All finished up.
