Hello everyone, I want to show you how to make real, Italian Bruschetta. This is very simple dish, which require few ingredients, which are very easy to find. I am an Italian, so I am going to show you, which are the real ingredients to make perfect Italian Bruschetta ever. Well, lets get started with main ingredients for Bruschetta. This is a typical bread, from the province of Rome. This is a good bread, naturally baked in a wood fired ovens. This is the main ingredients and you should, better find the bread like these to get a very good bruschetta. The second ingredients we need to make bruschetta is tomato, we need one or two or more tomatoes depending on how many people are going to eat bruschetta. We need to very right tomatoes, red, like these.

Once we have cut, a slice of a bread we need to bake it or best to toast it. the bread is baked now, and what I have to do now is to gently rub the baked slice of bread with garlic. One washed tomatoes, you should chop them, and get small pieces. Once we have these tomatoes chopped, we can put it on the baked bread, something like this. Very good looking. Now we should put some olive oil, very important, extravagant olive oil. Now we can add little salt on it, and if we like it, we can put few leaves of Betel leaves.
