I use Soya milk I think it is a bit healthier, it might be my psychological thing but I like - I don’t care much for dairy.

Now I’m going to add a tablespoon of maple syrup. You could also substitute honey, if you have only brown sugar around its ok there’s moisture in Soya milk. I like maple syrup I think its healthy, its good for you. Maple syrup has a lot of vitamins in it. And then a dash- this is optional, I do a dash of vanilla extract. So now a little bit of cinnamon, a sprinkle of cinnamon. Now you mix this up and you can either heat it on the stove top or you can microwave it. Its really good. Every time I taste this I can’t believe how good it is. Its so simple it took 2 minutes. I mean how long did I take? Its so good. Everybody on the apprentice was obsessed with this. Brown Rice Breakfast there you have it.

Disposable containers are a way to moderate your portions, make you eat healthy have something to bring to work and its economical. Because this brown rice breakfast that I just made would cost, you know, oatmeal will be 4 dollars for 1 day and i have to say this probably spread for 2, 2 to 3 days and it cost nothing. I had left over things in my pantry. So I’ve bought these containers and I’m going to fill them up and just heat them up at work or you can even keep it in your refrigerator and every day you have a portion, biggest problem with food for people is portions.

I’m thin because I have portioned food not because I don’t eat. I eat everything. So I would just make a nice portion for myself and there’s your breakfast. Just one healthy breakfast.
