Good morning, I have to go to Yoga so I’m going to make my Brown Rice Breakfast. When I was a marketing apprentice I made this every morning because it took 5 minutes and every one was obsessed with it.
So I just took about 1/2 a cup of brown rice. This is for 1 person, I do not believe in measuring I want to write a book called “Made not to Measure” because I just dont think that people should be constricted and should have to think more for themselves. This is 1/2 cup of Brown Rice, I have some slivered almonds, you can use walnuts, you can use pecans whatever you have. The purpose is to make it easy and to your liking and I have put a tablespoon of these. Same thing a tablespoon of raisins but you can use dried cranberries, blue berries. Now I’m going to add the wet ingredients - put some Soya milk you can buy any brand of Soya milk. A 1/4 a cup- 2tablespoons of Soya milk. I’m just going to sprinkle it to get it wet. You could use skimmed milk; you know people dont get tired of dairy milk.
