Hello my name is Carrie Wallace on Kiddy Cooks. On behalf of KidsandCooking.co.uk, I’m going to show you how to make pea soup. First of all you take some spring onions and you ask the children to chop it up into small pieces and you gently soften them in a pan.

Then you put 300gms of peas in the pan as well along with 750 mls of vegetable stock and you bring it to a boil and you just cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes until the peas are cooked. You take it out - you have to add some mint to it as well. Just so that it heats through. Take it out from the pan and put it in a blender. Wait until it is all completely smooth. Take it out of the blender and put it in some container or soup dish and stir in some Crème Fresh. Very easy to do.

“Oh you know how to do it. Well done. Go backwards and forwards because if you move it backwards and forwards like that…”

“I’m going to do.”

“You can do that, alright. Well done. Now see it, well done, brilliant. Here we go, did you get that.
