They eat a healthy diet based on fruits and vegetables and they eat to the book because of the knowledge and motivation they need and the science to feel they are doing the right thing and know it’s the best, healthiest way to eat to reverse your diseases.

I think it is definitely, the recipes are easy to follow which you know is important for us and all the viewers. Most of the ingredients should be found on majority of supermarkets, Um, for the most part and they are very easy to make. Made a salad very quickly for you. We are going to go about making a bean burger, bean burger, right. We talk about things that we can do possible even add to this dish. Let me grab my spoon from here. Why you can make, you want to make it quick and easy and don’t want to stand in the kitchen cooking all the time. You want to have great tasting food, eat lots of it and fine your weight just crap comes right off you. Lose lots of weight in the process. You really don’t need to have an overweight population or dying heart attacks. Just doesn’t have to be.

I’m figuring the recipe sampling that it’s very important that we do things that are easier to do instead of making you know such as a lifestyle is one way to learn the lifestyle but not to be the only thing in your life to have to worry about. You know get a quick, easy recipe, so you put this book, get them done, eat, enjoy your food, eat healthy.
