Exactly, you know why I make a super big soup once a week. We eat the soup for five days straight.

You teach people like cook two or three day evenings a week. The rest you can eat leftovers. Don’t spend your whole day in the kitchen working. So this is a great bean burger. Some of us, ha ha ha. So they threw in the white beans, the onions. What are you putting next? We have uh… some oats, little bit of oats and the ketchup and a, and a little bit of pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin, sun flour I guess. Yeah we put it in as mixed seeds but pumpkin seeds are very richer and they’ll make the three fatty acids, the kinds you find in flat seeds and walnuts that protect you against heart attacks and cancer.

So they’ll give you the when you take them in the whole foods form as opposed to just pouring oil in it you get the vital chemicals that gives your body the armor to prevent cancer. You get the whole food.

So here you’re getting a whole food burger. And here we have some seasoning, chili powder. Putting our ketchup right, ya. We’re going to make a great tasty burger out of beans and little seeds and oats. That’s all the things that are needed. No eggs nothing in that. Right, how does this close? Like that. Ok put it on. Go ahead. So we have all these ingredients put into our food processor. It didn’t blend perfectly with this little processor but yeah sometimes it will be ok. Ok.

You feel like you are eating something when there is something to bite in. And you know this burger with the beans and the nuts and the oats has all those factors that go with cholesterol.
