You don’t have time tomorrow morning then let’s make it tonight. Hi, i am chef Jason Hill and i want to show you Breakfast Casserole recipe that you can you can assemble tonight and pop it as the first thing in the morning.
You can use your favorite breakfast sausage, if its not pre-cooked I recommend pre cooking your first, draining it and then start this recipe. One pound of pre-cooked Italian spice chicken sausage, to save time I purchased some pre-sliced mushrooms I about 12 ounces right here. You always still talk cooking for this recipe is to sauté your mushrooms that way you can release water from them,if you don’t do that your mushrooms are going to release the water in the casserole and your going to have a watery consistency.
I have my pan pre-heat on high, i am gonna add about two tablespoons of olive oil, cook the pan and add the mushrooms and sort it down till they are cooked. After about five minutes the mushrooms have cooked down and they are ready to be drained and set aside.
And now we are towards the eggs and knock together.
