Start with our ingredients, I have 5 whole eggs, two cups of milk you can use half /half you prefer add dry mustard and sea salt. Now, to assemble we are gonna start nine by thirteen casserole dish, 5 slices of sour dough bread buttered on one side and cut them half.
First start by placing the bread butter side down next i dice the sausage into small pieces. Sprinkle the bread with the chopped sausage next i add the mushrooms. Sprinkle the green onions on there followed by green chilies you can use diced if you want to spicier version. Spread evenly with cheese, now slowly and evenly pour in your milk and egg mixture and lastly sprinkle the black olives on top. This is ready to be covered and set in the refrigerator till tomorrow morning. Good morning this is gonna be great! All you gotta do is uncovering this put it in the oven.
Place this in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. After i pull out from the oven i am gonna let it set for about ten minutes before i dig in. This casserole will serve about 10-12 people. I hope you enjoy it thanks for tubing in.
