We are here with Jacqueline and Heidi from the Bainbridge Island boys and girl’s club. Now what are you both going to help me make? Peanut and banana breakfast milkshake.

Okay girls, why don’t you start slicing these up and I will give you this knife. Just big chunks, and you like peanut butter right? So put a bit of peanut butter, drop it right into the blender. Good, pick them up and drop them in here. “’Yeah o.k.” Now, I am going to add a little bit of —-?.

This is a great snack. You can even have this for breakfast. Because you will get calcium from the dairy, you have got the banana, which has potassium, all that is really good and of course peanut butter. And then the milk, and Heidi, you are going to wait for this, I am sure. Turn it on. Wait, wait a minute. O.K. now you can turn it on. You have just made a great breakfast drink snack and it is very healthy.

Here we go. Now we have got a breakfast shake, you have got calcium from the milk for your bones; you have got some protein from the milk and peanut butter and potassium from the bananas. I like it.
