So, we’ve already got it cut up, we’ve got some cantaloupe. Go ahead and put it in this big bowl Adrianna.

You’re going to help me make the yogurt dressing alright. You’re in charge of stirring, and I’m going to put the ingredients in. Go ahead and put the cantaloupes, the apples, go ahead and put all the fruit in there. This is plane yogurt and a little bit of honey. Support that, and you start stirring ok. This is going to be like the salad dressing for the fruit. This will be a good start cause this has a lot of calcium and all the good stuff for you, and a little bit of orange juice. Its not whipped cream. Not whipped cream, now you could put whipped cream in there, its not a bad idea. Whipped cream and fruit is good.

Now, I’m going to put this whole can of peaches in there. Now go ahead and mix that up together ok. So we got out grapes and our blueberries, our cantaloupe, our apple. You can put any kind of fruit in right? Ok that’s our salad and we topped it with the yogurt. So you’ve got fiber in this, you’ve got calcium, you’ve got vitamins D, you’ve got all kinds of good stuff. So good breakfast, good snack right?
