They taste great together and provide a lot of vitamins and minerals to keep your engine in good working order. Cantaloupe, apples, grapes, blueberries are loaded with vitamins C.
You should get up to nine servings of fruits and vegetables a day. The yogurt supplies protein and calcium for bone growth, so be sure to get three servings of dairy daily. Now, let’s go the kitchen.
