This is a simple recipe that shows you how to poach one pound of Salmon with white wine. You can use water if you want, I just like the flavor of wine with my salmon. It helps when you serve the same wine during the meal too.
You can use any vegetable you like, I just liked the idea of potatoes with the meal.
