I’ve increased the flame to like medium to slightly high, but as long as I’m here and watching it. Looks good. If it breaks you can allow it to rest for some more time before you turn it around. That’s done and I’m gonna serve it. You can eat it as a sandwich or you can have it as a side serving along with your waffles or pancakes. So enjoy.
