Here’s a really cool cooking video. It’s Robert Rodriguez (director of Sin City, Desperado, etc.) making Puerco Pibil which is the dish Johnny Depp orders in Once Upon a time in Mexico. Rodriguez really knows how to cook and this is a very unique dish. Check it out.
