The reason why I added very slowly like this is because I want them, eggs to take on the oil. I don’t want it to become 2 separate entities but rather blend into one entity. There should be no reminisce.

Once I finish, you can see that the eggs in the mains have blended together to create a uniform substance. This is the actual the overall mayonnaise. Now you can try and see if it needs anything else. So lot of times people like to add just a squeeze of lemon. You can do that by taking a half a lemon, with a spoon and a strainer to make sure you don’t get any seeds. Just take the juice of the lemon; just give it a little bit of a lemon, a little bit of a lemon jest. Blend it just a tab longer so it takes on the lemon flavor. But you do not want to blend it too long because if you over blend it, then the oil and the eggs are gonna separate.

Okay. At this point you see that the eggs and the and the oil have come together as one substance as well as the lemon. Now I’m spilling it all.
